All products listed are premium Demi fine and require proper care to maintain their finish.

We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.

Zavira reserves the right to accept or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Domestic Orders (India): 5–7 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days

Zavira is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process return requests.

Refunds are issued as store credit only, as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Care

Our jewellery is premium Demi fine and may fade over time depending on usage and care.

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals to extend product life.

Zavira is not responsible for wear and tear due to improper handling.
