We offer returns/exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
To be eligible:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind or personal preference
Slight color variations due to lighting/photography
Minor irregularities that are part of handcrafted premium Demi fine or luxury fashion jewellery
Used, worn, or tampered products

Share the unboxing video and product images
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days. Ensure the product is securely packed.
Once the product is received and inspected, the amount will be issued as STORE CREDIT only
Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days
It can be used for future purchases on our website
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items
Subject to product availability
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
