Due to the hygiene and delicate nature of premium Demi fine, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure product quality and safety.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns/exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

To be eligible:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Slight color variations due to lighting/photography

  • Minor irregularities that are part of handcrafted premium Demi fine or luxury fashion jewellery

  • Used, worn, or tampered products


How to Request a Return

To initiate a request:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • Share the unboxing video and product images

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


Return Pickup

If approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3–5 business days. Ensure the product is securely packed.


Refund Policy

  • Once the product is received and inspected, the amount will be issued as STORE CREDIT only

  • Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • It can be used for future purchases on our website


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items

  • Subject to product availability


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.


International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
